Do my friends have to install the app too?
No. You can add people as placeholders and track their expenses normally. If they later join through your invite link, Jafinity carries the existing history over.
Can we split an expense unevenly?
Yes. Enter an exact amount for individual people and the remainder is spread across everyone else automatically — handy when someone only had dessert.
Does it work with more than one currency?
Yes. Every expense carries its own currency and balances are kept per currency, so a trip abroad stays understandable without an exchange rate distorting the numbers.
Does it cost anything?
No. Splitting expenses, groups, wallets and receipts are free. Jafinity Pro is optional and adds the AI assistant plus much higher monthly limits.
Can I edit an expense afterwards?
Yes. Whoever created an expense can edit or delete it, and every balance is recalculated for everyone involved immediately.
