This privacy notice explains which personal data Jafinity Wallet processes and how it is handled. Jafinity Wallet is a private, non-commercial project.
Controller
The operator of this application is responsible for processing your data. Please send any privacy-related requests to the contact address listed below.
What data we process
On registration: your name, email address and a password that is only ever stored in encrypted form. When signing in with Google: the profile data Google provides (name, email address, profile picture). While using the app: the content you enter yourself, such as wallets, transactions, groups, expenses and friend contacts.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used solely to provide the app's features — sign-in, storing your money overview and splitting expenses. Your data is never shared for advertising purposes.
Storage & third parties
Your data is stored in a database operated by an external hosting provider. Signing in with Google uses the Google OAuth service. The privacy terms of the respective provider apply in addition.
Sign-in & cookies
A technically necessary cookie or local session token is set to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You can delete your account and the associated data yourself at any time.
Retention & deletion
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. Once the account is deleted, the associated data is removed.
